The Transition From Indoor Concept 2 To The Water?
Hi, I am 50, 89Kg, 6ft 2",very fit, and have 'rowed' the Concept 2 for several years. I consider myself OK at this. Recent performance 42195m in 3.04.25, 5000m in 18.54.00 and 2000m in 6.59.04. I live on the Wye close to Monmouth and it now seems a waste not to take up sculling. What are the chances of someone with indoor background of becoming competent on the water. If there is a coach out there who thinks he/she may help then I would welcome advice. Thanks.Bodders. - Sheffield Uni RC committee
