Clifden
Town
is a truly welcoming town, which boasts a superb selection of pubs,
excellent restaurants (with local seafood a specialty in most!) and a
cosmopolitan shopping experience with the best of Irish designers located
at The Platform and many antique and interior design shops. By night
Clifden comes alive with music and fun and Market
Square is the perfect place
to soak up the atmosphere. There are seven beaches nearby. Cycling, horse
riding, golf, sea fishing, scuba diving are available locally.
Our cottage is just one mile outside Clifden
Town,
on a quiet holiday village called Clifden Glen, an ideal base for touring
this beautiful area.
ACCOMODATION OFFERED
Sitting room: Double sofa bed,
television, DVD, radio, CD player, open fireplace, dining area and
kitchenette with a refrigerator, double ring hob and oven, all cutlery,
crockery and utensils.
Large Bedroom: 2 single beds, can
be put together to make a large double, electric heating.
Bathroom: Bath with power shower,
electric heating.
Suitable for 2-3 non-smoking adults, all linen is provided
including towels, T towels, and hairdryer.

HOW TO GET HERE
Fly: Currently BMIBaby
and Ryan Air all fly to Knock, from there it is 2 hours drive through
beautiful scenery. You can also fly to Galway, Shannon or Dublin
Car Hire: Budget Cars have
very reasonable rates.
By boat: Holyhead to Dublin is the most direct
route or Pembroke to Rosslare
