Jane currently works as a Lecturer and Tutor in the Departments of  Experimental Psychology, and Continuing Education. She currently runs   courses which are open to the public

She has specialist skills in:

•     Statistics and Research Methods

    Workplace Psychology

    In the face of increasingly fast-paced change, job and role uncertainty, and the potential for Artificial Intelligence to automate many jobs, we need to work together in a human-to-human way. Psychology offers the key to many modern workplace problems, all based around looking after your most important asset: your people.  

    Jane uses evidence from the Psychological literature and a sound research base, and applies this to current, everyday workplace issues with the aim of building better workplaces.
