The Oxford-Princeton Partnership

The idea of developing systematic as opposed to informal links between Oxford and Princeton Universities is rather recent. Philosophy of physics is well-suited to it, being a small and cohesive field and given significant strengths of both universities. These links lend themselves readily to graduate exchanges. And, despite the absence of a joint degree school in physics and philosophy at Princeton (there are no joint degree courses at Princeton), there is a simple one-year exchange scheme operating at the undergraduate level as well.
