    The date of the 11 th joint annual conference of The Chinese Society for Chemical Science and Technology-United Kingdom (CSCST-UK) and The Society of Chemical Industry –China Section (SCI-CS) has been changed to 25th September 2004

  • Dr. Li Jiang moves to USA

    Dr. Li Jiang, the co-founder of SCI-CS and CSCST, will move to American R&D Division of his company this week. Congratulations to Dr. Li Jiang for his great achievements in his career. For the past decade, he has been contributing to founding and development of our societies, the link between our societies and China ! He has also been the good friend to many of us! Many thanks from both SCI-CS and CSCST for his great contribution and friendship! Best wishes for him in USA

  • Professor Liang Wenping’s talk at Oxford University

    CSCST-UK collaborated with OXCSSA organised a talk on 17th July (Saturday) at Thom building of engineering department of Oxford University . Invited speaker is Prof. Liang Wenping , Associate Director of Department of Chemical Science of National Science Foundation in China . He gave a brief introduction to the history and development of National Science Foundation. Then he focused on the basic researches and funding in chemical science and technology in China . After the talk, scholars and students in UK discussed wide topics with Professor Liang and benefited a lot from Professor Liang’s advice and comments on the funding of projects.

Professor Song Yonghua elected as Follow of Royal Academy of Engineering
Prof. Song Yonghua has recently been appointed as Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Brunel University and elected as Follow of Royal Academy of Engineering.
