Training with OUOC

Training is a key part of Oxford University Orienteering Club. Our Training Officer this year is Rowan Capper.

OUOC Training During Term Time
During term time training is frequently organised on weekday evenings/weekends. Keep an eye on the facebook page and check your emails to make sure you don't miss out. Many members also do a lot of their running training with the Oxford University Cross Country Club (OUCCC).

If it’s your first time please feel free to email me and let me know that you’re coming along so I can look out for you! We always welcome new people. One OUOC alumnus started her orienteering whilst at Oxford and is now running for Great Britain in the World Championships, so it’s never too late to start!
