Fitness training is a very important part of SulKiDo - an unfit person can't even run away from trouble!

There are several energy mechanisms in the human body, and each requires a different kind of training to improve.

ATP 1 second everything
creatine phosphate 1-3 seconds power-lifting
anaerobic (lactic) 10-30 seconds sprinting
aerobic indefinite normal life, long-distance running
