The research arm of the Oxford Climate Journalism network conducts coss-national studies of how people get news and information about climate change.
The Misinformation, Science and Media project is a research collaboration between the Reuters Institute, the Oxford Internet Institute, and the Oxford Martin School at the University of Oxford examining the interplay between misinformation campaigns, news coverage, and platform companies in public understanding of science and technological innovation.
The Trust in News Project looks at what digital news sources people trust, why people invest their trust in them, and what publishers and platforms can do to help people make decisions about what news to trust online.
The UK COVID-19 news and information project analyses how the British public navigates information and misinformation about coronavirus, and about how the government and other institutions are responding to the pandemic.
The Digital News project studies how journalism, news, and media are developing in the digital age. The main output is the annual Digital News Report - the world's largest ongoing study of news use based on a survey of news audiences in 46 markets across the globe.
