Currently involved in projects for the HR Team, Portfolio Office, Office of the CIO and Finance Team.

HR Team

The HR Team wanted SharePoint solutions to replace the paper-based method of processing award nominations, absence notifications and personal development reviews within the department. The simplest solution was to convert the paper forms into InfoPath ones that could be completed on-line and submitted to SharePoint form libraries. The HR forms are found on our Staff under the HR section.

Portfolio Office

A SharePoint site that provides information on the project management methodology process, through the use of guides, templates, an on-line handbook, a glossary and an interactive diagram showing the project life-cycle. The aim of introducing this methodology is to ensure a consistent approach for all IT Services’ projects.

Office of the CIO

An InfoPath form and library to enable the submission of Service Level Description information to the Service Management office.

Finance Team

A SharePoint site to store the monthly budget spreadsheets for all the cost centres and devise a method of automatically populating the site with the budget information taken from Oracle Financials.
