The main bibliographic file is now becoming rather extended, so that it has become necessary to break it up into smaller sections. Therefore, I thought that it would be useful to have an subject index. The file below is an experimental start to that process it should now link to the two sub-sections. Please report any links that do not work prpoperly.
As it will take sometime to index the whole of the current bibliography, I would appreciate any comments as to whether such and exercise, however, slow would be useful.
WARNING! Only a few of the new entries have been indexed so far. Also some papers will be left un-indexed as I do not have access to the full text of some papers, or sufficient time to translate them.
