research projects

I am usually conducting three to four article projects per year on a wide variety of topics. Currently, I am working on pieces on The Occupation of Iraq, The Battle for the Recognition of Kosovo, The Role of the International Seabed Authority in the Delimitation of the Continental Shelf beyond 200nm, and Encountering Counterclaims before the International Court of Justice. In addition, I am pursuing two long-term research projects on the Jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice in Matters of Public International Law and on the European Union as an Actor in International Law for which I have secured book contracts. For more details on the latter please see below.
