** Two PDRA positions in Global Seismology open for applications! **
I am advertising two 30-month postdoc positions in global seismology within the NERC-funded PRISM-MTZ project. This project aims to produce novel constraints on the bulk structure and discontinuity topographies of the MTZ by developing a joint finite-frequency inference framework combined with BG-SOLA inference methods. This will enable us to quantify model resolution and uncertainty as well as trade-offs between velocity and discontinuity topography.

Research opportunities
Opportunities for PhD studies are generally advertised in December for a start in the next academic year, with the application deadlines typically in January. Applications are primarily invited through the Oxford ILESLA DLA or the Intelligent Earth CDT.
