Every session begins with thorough warm-up and stretching exercises which we consider an integral part of safe training. So if you're coming along for the first time, please be prompt as it isn't possible to take part in a session without doing this preparation. There are also a few basic guidelines which it would be worth reading before coming along.
Note that club policy is to screen all new members for medical problems and/or a history of violence, and the club reserves the right to decline to train anyone who is felt to be a danger either to themselves or other people.
