What do I need to begin ?
The only absolute necessity is a positive attitude
and perseverance - we'll supply the rest.
You don't have to be fit to start, but any medical problems should be
discussed with the instructor at the outset (we've had several members
with asthma, none of whom had any problems training) and included
in the health questionnair we ask new members to complete.
Just put on some
loose clothing (for instance a tracksuit, leotard or shorts and T-shirt)
and come along. Your first session is free with no obligation to join.
