How often do people train ?
The club runs sessions 3 times per week during university term plus
2 times weekly outside of it (useful for anyone in Oxford all year round),
and obviously progress is faster
the more regularly you attend. Most people who start try to make
2 sessions per week, using the flexibility of 3 sessions to fit
training smoothly into their social life - however if you can only
make one session per week it's still very much worth training.
Of course if you want to do every class
and train like a demon that's fine by us!
