St Peter’s has recently hosted workshops for choral conductors under the direction of Ralph Allwood (Precentor of Eton College) and James Lancelot (Organist of Durham Cathedral) was a visiting senior member of the college for Hilary Term 2006 and worked with organ and choral scholars on all aspects of the practice of church music.
THE CHAPEL CHOIR
The Choir Dinner at the beginning of Trinity Term is one of the highlights of the choir calendar, and the choir dines together after evensong on Sunday and Thursday nights at St Peter's Formal Hall.
The choir has also recently enjoyed victory in an inter-choir football match and more such events are planned for the near future.
