What students say about the Advanced ECDL at OUCS

"OUCS sent us out information so we could teach ourselves and practise in advance, and the learning on the day itself was excellent. It was very well set-out and we were able to go through any of the areas we were concerned about. The facilities were very good with a big demonstration screen and lots of PCs so that we could get on with the training. We have recommended the Advanced ECDL at OUCS to the rest of the NHS."
Margaret Johnson, PC Applications Training and Support Officer, Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust
"Although I used databases, I had no formal qualification to say that I could use them. The Advanced ECDL recognises my skills and has taught me things about databases I didn't know before. Now less experienced colleagues often ask me questions about the applications and I am able to support them."

"The Advanced ECDL courses at Oxford University Computing Services are very well structured and there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The pre-course materials and example files enabled me to prepare before each module, while practice papers during the session and the personal attention from the trainers helped me to get as much as possible from the day. It was well organised from start to finish and I would recommend taking the Advanced ECDL at Oxford University Computing Services."
Tracy Tompkins, Accounts/Purchasing, Department of Paediatrics, John Radcliffe Hospital
"I liked the structure of the course and the way the day was run was very good. The trainers answered all my questions and I got a lot of information from them. I got a lot out of the day and would definitely recommend the Advanced ECDL at OUCS."

Mike Simpson, Focus Training
"The quality of training at Oxford University Computing Services is very good. In a short period trainers focused on the more difficult topics and explained them very clearly. We liked the cramming before the Advanced ECDL sessions and the mock exams so that we could work on weaknesses before the actual tests. I would recommend taking the Advanced ECDL at Oxford University Computing Services."
