Lecture Room 2 - Christ Church

Lecture Room 2 at Christ Church was the main venue for our weekly meetings from Trinity 2012 until Hilary 2014, when we returned to Magdalen College.

A reasonably large seminar room with a projector, screen, and sound system, Lecture Room 2 is fairly well-suited to video meetings. It is also permissible to consume food and drink, so long as we don't leave a mess.

Lecture Room 2 is found in the main front quad (Tom Quad) in Christ Church, as indicated on the map shown below, with directions.

Directions

Enter the College through the main gate on St. Aldates, and head around the right-hand side of the Quad to the far right corner. Lecture Room 2 is in the staircase on the far side on the right of the Cathedral, just before the archway to the hall steps. The door should be open when you arrive.

For latecomers: though the front gate to the college should be open at 8pm, those arriving after the start of the meeting may find it locked. Anybody who finds themselves needing someone to let them in should call the number which will be circulated with the announce email for the week.
