Essential Citation Information
A minimum set of information for the accurate citation of Internet resources should include:
  • Author's name (if known)
  • Date of publication (if known)
  • Date of last revision (if known)
  • Title of document
  • Title of complete work (if applicable)
  • 'Publisher' / Sponsoring organisation
  • Medium/Form [e.g. WWW page or Internet Newsgroup posting etc.]
  • URL in angled brackets
  • Date of last access.
