I have been with the Bartholomew Players, Eynsham's amateur theatre group, for over 40 years. In 2022 I was awarded a Lifetime Service Award by NODA, the National Operatic and Dramatic Association. I have played a wide range of parts including Norman in The Norman Conquests, Harvey in Season’s Greetings, Ernest in Bedroom Farce, Saul Hodgkin in The Ghost Train, Frank in Educating Rita, Sir Percy Shorter in Habeus Corpus and Goff in Comfort and Joy. I have directed several plays including When We Are Married, Mixed Doubles, Black Comedy, The Anniversary, Steaming and Amy’s View.
