I am a DPhil (i.e. PhD) student in the number theory group at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Jan Vonk and James Newton. I am supported by an Aker scholarship. Before coming to Oxford, I did a BSc (Hons) at the University of Edinburgh with my third year spent at Caltech.
My research area is broadly speaking algebraic number theory or arithmetic geometry, and I am particularly interested in explicit class field theory, modular forms, and analogies between the archimedean and p-adic worlds.
Modular algorithms for Gross-Stark units and Stark-Heegner points:arxiv:2301.08977
Algorithms for computing Gross-Stark units and Stark-Heegner points using overconvergent modular forms, with implementations
in magma and sage.
To appear in LuCaNT volume of Contemporary Mathematics.
WCLvsSCL Some code for computing the probabilistic zeta function of a finite poset lattice. Includes code which disproves a conjecture in (a previous version of) arxiv:2112.13766.
drawspec
A simple script building on pytikz to draw the spectrum of the ring of integers in a number field. Conveniently, this also generates tikz code for use in .tex documents.
